What does Integrative Holistic mean?

Holistic means looking at you as a person as a whole, taking into consideration that the needs of all your aspects as an individual including – mind, body, spirit and the environment in which you are in. We believe that we must pay equal attention to what is happening in your mind, body, spirit and environment,  for you to realise your potential and enjoy their life fully.

Integrative means using different psychological approaches and therapeutic tools that would suit you in order to help you improve your life.

At Reach, integrative means much more than this. We believe in ‘synergy’; that no single approach, remedy or technique provides the answer to our problems. It is a combination of strategies and approaches that is going to help you, not only survive your difficulties but to become the best version of yourself.

And so we integrate not only psychological models but also a deep understanding from other areas related to the human condition such as your diet and nutrition, metaphysics, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology [PNI] ) in order to leave no stone unturned in assisting the individual to find sustainable solutions.
